Printlay is Pakistan's first self-service printing kiosk. Walk up to a Printlay kiosk, send your document, pay, and print — no shop, no app, no waiting in line. Whether you need a single page or a hundred copies, Printlay gets it done in seconds.

Three ways to bring your document to the kiosk — pick whatever's easiest for you:

• QR Upload from Phone: Scan the QR code on the kiosk screen and send your file straight from your phone. No app to download, no email, no cable.
• USB Drive: Plug a USB stick into the kiosk and select your file directly on the screen.
• Built-in Scanner: Place any physical document on the scanner to copy or scan-to-print on the spot.

Preview your document on the kiosk screen, adjust your print settings, confirm the price, and pay — your prints come out in seconds.

Every Printlay kiosk supports the print settings you'd expect from a professional printer:

• Colour or black-and-white
• Single-sided or double-sided
• Specific page ranges or the full document
• Multiple copies
• Portrait or landscape orientation
• Standard paper sizes

Three ways to pay, designed for how Pakistan actually pays:

• Card (NFC tap): Tap your Visa, Mastercard, debit, or credit card on the kiosk's NFC reader.
• QR Code: Pay via Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any supported mobile wallet by scanning the kiosk's payment QR.
• Cash: Available at supported kiosk locations.

All electronic payments are processed through PayFast, our State Bank of Pakistan–licensed payment gateway. Your card details are protected to PCI-DSS standards and never stored on the kiosk.

Transparent pricing with no surprises. Printing starts from Rs. 10 per page. The exact cost of your print job is shown clearly on the kiosk screen before you confirm payment.

Your documents are yours. Every file you upload, plug in, or scan is processed only in the kiosk's temporary memory and automatically deleted the moment your print job ends. Printlay never keeps, copies, or transmits your document content.

If a kiosk fails to print, prints poorly, or charges you twice, we'll make it right. Contact our support team within 48 hours of your transaction and we'll review and process eligible refunds manually.
